Turnitin Maintenance Jul 18, 2026 11:00-17:00 EDT

Turnitin will perform maintenance impacting all their tools including Feedback Studio (Similarity Check, GradeMark) within D2L and Draft Coach within Microsoft Word. The tools will be unavailable on and off during the maintenance period. Neither D2L or Word themselves will be affected, nor will their other, non-Turnitin add-ons.

During maintenance you will be unable to launch McGraw Hill tools from within D2L or have scores in the tools sync back to D2L. Neither D2L itself nor other, non-McGraw Hill tools will be affected.

Access Issues with MyDesktop and vLab
Resolved - A fix has been implemented, and we will continue to monitor connectivity.

Investigating - We are currently investigating reports of users being unable to access MyDesktop (mydesktop.millersville.edu) and vLab (vlab.millersville.edu). Our team is actively working to identify the cause of the issue and restore service as quickly as possible.
We will provide updates here as more information becomes available.

Scheduled - The ID Card system and select related systems will be operating in off line mode July 2, 2026 8AM - 12:00 PM. Door access will operate in limited offline mode. Marauder Gold will be declined for any sales during the maintenance.
