Investigating - Microsoft has reported that they are investigating multiple reports of issues with Microsoft Outlook. This is also preventing scan to email functions from our Ricohs. Updates will be posted as they become available.

Turnitin Maintenance Feb 7, 2026 11:00-17:00 EST

Turnitin will perform maintenance impacting all their tools including Feedback Studio (GradeMark, Similarity Check) within D2L and the Draft Coach within Microsoft Word. Turnitin tools will be unavailable during parts of the maintenance period. D2L and Word themselves will not be affected, nor will their other, non-Turnitin add-ons.

OpenStax Assignable Errors
Resolved - OpenStax have fixed the issue.

Investigating - The Assignable tool is displaying error messages to instructors who attempt to build custom question sets or preview questions and assessments in the Assignable assignment builder. OpenStax are investigating. Neither D2L Brightspace itself nor other, non-OpenStax tools integrated with it, are impacted by this issue.
