Monitoring: User's inability to see their Interfolio case when using Chrome, Edge and Safari browsers

Investigating: Interfolio Engineering Team is working on a resolution.
Current workarounds include accessing Interfolio using FireFox browser or
Navigating to the tab titled “Overview” (right next to the tab titled "Packets")
Refreshing the web page
Navigating back to the “Packets” tab.

Turnitin Maintenance Feb 7, 2026 11:00-17:00 EST

Turnitin will perform maintenance impacting all their tools including Feedback Studio (GradeMark, Similarity Check) within D2L and the Draft Coach within Microsoft Word. Turnitin tools will be unavailable during parts of the maintenance period. D2L and Word themselves will not be affected, nor will their other, non-Turnitin add-ons.

Investigating - Microsoft has reported that they are investigating multiple reports of issues with Microsoft Outlook. This is also preventing scan to email functions from our Ricohs. Updates will be posted as they become available.
