Scheduled - Upgrades will be applied to Banner General and Banner Financial Aid on Monday, November 13, beginning at 6 pm. During the installation of the upgrades MAX, Banner INB, and Banner 9 will be unavailable. All systems are expected to be back online by 9 pm.

Resolved - Printers have been restored to affected thin clients.

Investigating - We are investigating reports of issues with printing on thin client computers. Affected thin client computers have lost their associated printers. We are working to resolve the issue and updates will be posted as they become available.
