Blackboard Collaborate Maintenance Jan 20, 00:00-16:00 EST
On Saturday, January 20, 2018, Blackboard Collaborate may be unavailable at times due to planned maintenance at the Blackboard data center. This maintenance will affect both Collaborate "Classic" and Collaborate Ultra.

During this maintenance period, Blackboard technicians will replace core network equipment within the Blackboard data center. Blackboard plan to keep Collaborate Classic and Ultra fully online throughout the maintenance, but if unforeseen problems arise during the equipment upgrade, Collaborate may suffer temporary outages.

Identified - The Information Technology Systems Team is preparing for the migration to Microsoft Office 365 for email services. Per the recommendation from Microsoft, a restart of the current email servers will be needed. This maintenance will take place tonight, Thursday 11 January 2018, between 8 and 10pm EST. Users will experience brief and intermittent outages of the email service during this maintenance period.
